Here is a Kit that will allow you to make a CPR P2 out of a Kato Mikado.

You get a boiler, smokebox front, 2 different Pilots, Boiler details, Firebox, Cab, Tender with Tender trucks (designed to accept Kato pickups and wheels).

There is wire Management built into the kit. There is some modification of the Kato drive needed to accept the new boiler.

First kit is the P2h (as pictured). P2g, P2j and P2k will be available in the future depending on demand.
