That all depends. Bedarail is a one-man band printing items from his basement. Sometimes things go out quickly, and sometimes the orders back up. Bedarail prints to order AND in order. As well, it is ensured that kits are of the highest quality as everything goes through my hands.
Production can be quick as a week or as long as a few months. Depends on the backup.

Bedarail kits are designed for the modeler in mind. They are simple kits that fall together. I do have some assembly videos on youtube (search Bedarail), but if you have a question on something not covered, feel free to reach out at Bedarailsupport@protonmail.com

Let me know what happened and send me a pic of the broken part. Ill print off a new one and send it your way. I just ask that you cover the shipping.
-
No worries. Just let me know whats broken (with a pic) or whats missing and Ill replace or send one out right after I print, clean and cure it. Ill take care of shipping and make things right.
-
They shouldn’t. if they do, Ill be happy to print and ship a new one to you free of charge. Time will tell on how well the resin holds up.

Simply add dry heat to both sides of the part and bend it past true….let it cool. Repeat as necessary.

The biggest one is letting the kit climitize. Here in Calgary it is very dry. Let the kit sit out for a week or so.
I use THIN CA to build the kits. A bit on a micro-brush applied to the inside of the joint works well.
I also use Canopy glue to apply parts that may require some adjustment to get just right.

These kits do not need any removal of any sort of release agent. They are very clean once they boxed up.
Before painting I suggest cleaning the parts with a spray of Isopropyl Alcohol and a light scrub with a SOFT toothbrush. Do not SOAK the model as resin is porous and will absorb anything liquid.
You may find little specs on the model when you receive it. This is from the cleaning-curing process. Its from resin suspended in the Alcohol when cleaning. It is superficial and can be removed with IPA and a soft toothbrush.

Yes.
Use eye protection. When cut, the supports may launch off like little bullets. They are sharp and can hurt your delicate eye-balls.
Use small, sharp nippers. Please don’t use manly wire cutters….
Don’t cut the support where it meets the model or part. Cut a bit away from the model and sand the remaining bump off.
Don’t let the supports linger on your floors. They are sharp and hard enough to pierce flesh.
